Call for papers

Evaluation Theory and Practice is the only journal in the Czech Republic that systematically deals with the issue of evaluation. It offers the opportunity for publishing original research, previously unpublished texts focused on evaluation methodologies, evaluation theory, approaches and studies.

The journal is published twice a year. The editorial office is currently accepting submissions for empirical, theoretical or reviews articles as well as studies focused on evaluation and evaluation research.

Contributions may be from different areas related to evaluations. For example:

  • evaluation of public policies and national intervention programs
  • issues of evaluation in education
  • methods for evaluating projectsevaluation of international development assistance
Contributions exploring topics such as the following are also encouraged:
  • methods useful for Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA)
  • opportunities and limitations of using evaluative techniques in employee assessments
  • other relevant topics

Submissions are accepted on an ongoing and sequential basis. Full papers should be sent to: rukopisy@evaltep.cz.

All work must be formatted in accordance with submission guidelines presented on the website (see Guidelines for Authors).

All scientific articles submissions are peer reviewed.

The deadlines for submissions are:

30 September
deadline for submission of full texts to the peer-reviewed section
31 October
deadline for submitting full texts to the Case Studies section
